The hotel is 2 stars, but there is an elevator, which is convenient, located 100 meters from Nice Central Station, opposite Monoprix. The hotel is clean, everything is new and not shabby. Very nice. There are rooms with a balcony and just a window.

It is located very close to the train station. It is convenient for a short stop in Nice. Nearby there is a supermarket, a bakery and cafes. The room for 4 people was provided with a spacious, 2 rooms. The interior is stylish. The beds are comfortable. Cleaning and change of towels daily. We stayed in February - we came to see the carnival. Heating only with the help of an air conditioner. There are some malfunctions in the room that require repair. A deposit of 50 euros is debited from the card, returned a week after departure. Overall, good value for money.

A man came into the room in the middle of the night! He had a card from my room. I woke up to the noise! Very scared! I stood outside the door for a long time and begged him to let me in. There is no phone in the room to call the reception or the police!!! How can I fall asleep now?
