The maid wipes the floor in accessible places without moving chairs, suitcase, etc. one rag, the whole room)))) Everything is beautiful in the photo of the site, there is a good angle, but in reality there is mold on the walls, wallpaper is falling off in places, there are cobwebs in the corners, there are cobwebs under the ceiling, and there is even a spider web in the shower. The beds are terrible, the slats are moving apart. There is a laundry service, but! Things smell terrible after that, the maid was asked to wash on the "delicate wash" mode and the rags that smell strangely were returned to us)))) The lights are systematically turned off, but there is a generator in the yard. You can cook in the summer kitchen. There is a refrigerator with frozen ice in the room (the maids neglect to wash and defrost the refrigerator) There is air conditioning and this is definitely a PLUS. But the room smells damp, you can't open it to check, because there are no screens on the windows and insects are making their way into the room))) The hotel has a cafe Del'mar with delicious food and great service, I highly recommend visiting the cafe!!

The hotel does not match the reviews. The rooms are dirty, the staff is not customer-oriented. We had a family vacation, so the children were with us. There were guests in the neighboring rooms who sleep during the day and walk at night... In general, the nights are disgusting. To clarify any information, you can only find out by phone, there is no reception, it is extremely inconvenient!!! There is mold and cobwebs on the walls in the rooms, the furniture is broken, it is impossible to sleep on the beds ... Rest and impression are spoiled. The price does not match the quality. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!!

We had a rest in Abkhazia, came across the DelMar cafe in Gagra and were very satisfied. The location is just perfect - right on the beach, overlooking the sea. The food is great too. We ordered cream soup and shrimp and were not disappointed. Everything was tasteful. I really liked the local lemonade. And last but not least, the staff is very attentive. The service was fast and pleasant. In general, Delmar is a great place to relax and have a delicious meal with a beautiful view. I recommend it to everyone!
