Meeting and escorting at check-in, very informative, polite, detailed, check-in takes 3-5 minutes. The employee is always in touch. The territory is not large, clean and tidy. The rooms are fresh, the house itself is clean and tidy. Cleaning is daily, which is strange, there is no such thing in guest houses. Service history - the hotel. The location, staff and hospitality are a huge plus, the condition of the rooms is the biggest and, in general, the only minus ( The air conditioner wasn't working, and we were in early January. We slept in jackets for some of the rest, the bed linen was not the neatest, we took out the garbage ourselves, but this is not a problem, we just thought that once in a while there would be a takeout, but no. Surely there won't be any such problems during the season, so feel free to advise!)
