Pros, this is an area near the republican center for beauty and dermatology. Breakfast is included, I won't say that it's super, but you can drink tea, cons- the linen is synthetic, far from new, the mattress on the bed is hard, the beds are creaky, the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage.
