When I checked in, I wandered around the first floor in search of an elevator (I did not notice that it was opposite the reception), because the employee did not even think to show me the direction. Well, I would say communication at the reception is purely functional Nevertheless, this is a good, high-quality hotel. There is a coffee shop next to the reception - there are delicious sandwiches and very very sweet cappuccino because of the milk used)))
