We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. It is located in old Batumi. In an old but beautiful building. Our room was spacious, but gloomy. With dark furniture and grey carpet. The air conditioner is very noisy, water is dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, and there is only one hanger in the closet. The refrigerator was not working, although it was immediately replaced with a new one. There used to be a cafe in the hotel, but it wasn't working when we arrived. They say there is no one to work (is it with their unemployment?). There is a small balcony with two chairs and two air conditioning units. Swimsuits were drying on chairs. It is not possible to sit there. It's hot, and hot air is blowing out of the appliances. In general, it's not bad, but will we come back... the question is?

The room was declared as a deluxe, in fact - a tiny room with a tiny moldy shower. There are holes on the walls of the room. The air conditioner was weak and noisy, and the ventilation lid was constantly banging. The roof of the ceiling was in the way, which "took up" the space in the room and in the shower, and I had to wash with my head bent down. The mattress is pushed through and you lie like in a hammock. The room has never been vacuumed in a week. And there's a carpet!!! Towels were changed every 2 days, and the trash was also taken out on towel day. You can eat breakfast, but they bring you scrambled eggs, half a cucumber, half a tomato, 4 olives, 3 slices of bread from the day before yesterday, a bag of butter, a bag of honey and jam, 2 pieces of cheese on a tray without a choice. Tea and juice. You ate too much, but you had to wait until breakfast was ready and there was a queue. The staff is friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions. But it's not deluxe, why deceive people?

The staff is not bad, the atmosphere is not very good. The only thing is that the windows overlook a cool hotel, where there is perpetual motion. Breakfast is monotonous, you can not say that it is delicious. The milk was spoiled on 1 out of 3 days. Sometimes you have to speak English because people don't always understand. Overall, not bad. The rooms are not very nice, the furniture is dirty, the showers work quite difficult, you have to wait a long time for the water to heat up. And also in the sinks, the water is washed off literally for 20 minutes. In general, I would not have returned.
