We stayed at this hotel as a family for 2 consecutive years in 2024-2025, lived in a 2-room suite in the 4th building on the ground floor. Overall, the room is nice and spacious, and it certainly doesn't look like a suite, but it has everything you need. The only HUGE DISADVANTAGE of this room is the chicken coop outside the bedroom window. I'm not against birds, let them live for themselves, of course, the rooster periodically strained at 4 a.m., but okay... But when the window is open or sitting outside on the balcony, sorry, there is not a very pleasant smell coming from this coop, it smells decent!!!! A huge request to the hotel Administration, to the owner Vladimir Kazimovich, do something about it, because this is the only moment that causes discomfort when staying in this room!!! But otherwise the hotel is good, some rooms require attention to plumbing, the territory is gorgeous, a cafe where you can have a delicious meal, just sit in the evening with a cup of wine :))) The location is excellent, the sea is not far away, and all the sights of Mount Athos are also within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The staff are all sociable, friendly, solve all issues, help!!! Room cleaning and linen changes are carried out on request, you just need to tell the staff about it. We plan to come to you this year, wait!!! :)))

We recently returned from Abkhazia. We've been vacationing since 09/16/2025. In principle, we are not picky, but we were disappointed right away. We arrived at 16:00 - the room has not been cleaned yet. And the number is not the same at all. We ordered a package tour through a travel agency, which is actually where we work. We booked a 2-room suite with a balcony, but we got it without a balcony. Who is to blame -???? Apparently I am. They didn't make any concessions to us, like all the rooms were occupied. As soon as we started contacting the tour operator, interest in us disappeared completely, although everything started out sweetly with jokes, wine offers and stories. Of the advantages, there are two full beds, a large table, a sofa and a broken armchair. That's it! The towels are really scary, the room is dirty, cleaned LIKE 1 time in 10 days. Room 7 is located in a separate building, next to the kitchen and the veranda of the cafe. Hence all the charms. The bathroom window overlooks the kitchen, the smells of fried onions, butter, etc., the clink of dishes and conversations are felt from morning to evening. If you don't open the window, the smell of dampness and sewage is even cooler!!! You should try to close the door to the toilet by swinging it hard and knocking. There is no room to turn around in the bathroom at all, the toilet is a separate topic, you can only sit across. Plumbing, well, fi fi fi. Otherwise, everything is fine. The location is wonderful, everything is within walking distance. The territory is beautiful. Next time we will choose a different hotel.

The hotel has a great location and a garden. As for the room itself, we took a suite and it wasn't exactly a suite. The sofa in the second room was heavily stained, there was no mattress for it, there were only 2 blankets for a 4-bed room, I had to ask, the table on the balcony was all swollen from the climate, why not change to some kind of plastic rattan. But overall, it's not bad. Friendly staff, the area is quiet and peaceful, and most importantly - magnificent views in all four directions. We came for nature, so we liked everything.
