Visit time is early October 2025. The Waterfall Hotel is located in the very tourist center. The hotel itself is cozy, there is a small area with palm trees. Very nice warm pool. There is an equipped beach, next to it is a park with swans, ducks and a small zoo. Meals at the hotel are served 2 times a day, but from 17-00 for dinner the first courses. There are 2 types in our stay for the first 3 days, then only the first one. Buffet 2-3 side dishes and meat or fish dishes (2-3) salads are also 2-3 types. It was enough for us, but monotonous. The food is always fresh, always baked. We had a large 2-room room without a balcony. The problem with drying towels and swimsuits. There is no hot towel rail in the room. They say that the goal of fiction is cunning - They have adapted. There are no towels for the beach - I had to buy them at exorbitant prices. Otherwise, everything was fine. To be honest, I would also come and recommend it to my friends.

We had a rest in May 2026 and settled in as soon as we arrived. There are wonderful girls at the reception! All questions are answered, where to go, how to get through, they will tell you everything, they will show you! The pool is heated, the water is comfortable, the territory is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, the sights are within walking distance. There is a private beach, sun beds, but take a towel with you. The food was delicious at home, breakfast, dinner. It's a little dark in my room, there's not enough light. Air conditioning, fridge, kettle,,,,,clothes dryer on the balcony. Everything suits me, if I went again, I would choose this hotel!

The rooms are normal, everything is fine.I was very pleased with the pool, which is really heated to 27 degrees.The food was good, everything was delicious, homemade, you won't stay hungry. The only negative is the check-in.We arrived a little earlier, as it took us a long time to get there and it was very difficult to calculate the time.They didn't check in right away, they said the room was occupied and hadn't been cleaned.We were waiting on a bench outside, and not only us, even the guests with a small child. No one moved out with their suitcases in 2.5 hours and did not clean up at that time, although I noticed that guests usually leave in cars in the morning after breakfast.The rooms were free, why torture people?We are vacationing in Abkhazia, and many hotels often welcome guests. In general, I liked the hotel, especially the location. All the sights are nearby.
