My suggestions:
As for me, there are not enough TV channels, and a quarter of them are in foreign languages. I think something can be done about it.

Convenient location. In the very center. The room stock is different. We got an outdated 309 room, it was still cold and they still hadn't given us heating - the first week of October had passed. The prices are not cheap. I paid extra for the child - it turned out to be very bad . Cleaning is done every day, paper, shampoos, soap, linen are changed every three days. The maids are only very intrusive - they just asked us when we would leave the room to do the cleaning. I had to go somewhere even in bad weather. The food is good, the variety is good.

Room 1315 after renovation on the 13th floor. It looks fresh and quite modern. Snow-white bed linen and towels, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Silence. The area is small, more suitable for short-term residence. Of the disadvantages of the room, I can note the extremely weak water pressure in the shower. There was almost no Wi-Fi (I only caught it in a few corners of the room). At least a simple tea and coffee set is missing, although there are mugs and a kettle.
In general, the hotel makes a pleasant impression.

View from the window of the Svisloch river.Trinity suburb in 10 minutes.. Public transport stop at the exit of the hotel, 7 minutes to the metro. I lived in the hotel in March for 24 years, in a double room on the 8th floor, for 1 week.The view from the window is beautiful, on Pobediteley Ave., Troitskoye suburb and the Sports Palace.
The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk.In the room there are beds,TV (with poor quality of programs),bedside tables,table,chairs,a minimum set of dishes,carpet on the floor,good furniture,bed,mattress for 3.
No:refrigerator and kettle-this is a fat minus of the hotel!
However, there is a cooler in the hallway.
Why was the refrigerator removed is a mystery?After all, it is provided, there is even a locker for it.

Price is quality. Polite staff. Yes, the rooms are not modern, but for me the main thing is cleanliness. The rooms are warm, cleaned, towels are clean, bath, toilet - everything is appropriate, you can wash, you can wash. There is an air conditioner for the heat. To come to Minsk for two or three days is enough for the eyes. Nearby there is a small shopping center, a company store "Kommunarka". I think the metro is also within walking distance, you can take a bus or walk for 15 minutes (this is not a problem for me). I took it with breakfast - well, this is probably the only thing that I would not take a second time (very sparse, far from a buffet, more like a dining room) - but I will not even take off the star for this.

The Yubileyny Hotel complex is located in the city center, not far from the metro. Repair and furnishing with the spirit of the Soviet Union. It is a good option for a short stay. There is no refrigerator in the standard room. It's not critical for us for 1 night, and if we stayed longer, it would be inconvenient.
Excellent breakfast buffet, a large selection of dishes.
The room is spacious enough, there is everything you need: air conditioning, TV, table, cabinets, chairs, your own bathroom, which has towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo. There are sofas and a water cooler in the lobby on the floor.

The photos are clearly old, the room was killed, the whole shower stall is in mold, and the mold is such that it can be easily cleaned if desired. Breakfast..well, they are)) you can make a couple of sandwiches, there was also a meal like fried chicken with rice, but as much as you want to eat it in the morning..probably if you're very hungry.
If you just walk and spend the night, it's a great option, if so, in order to rest there, it's better to spend money on something more decent.

We settled here with my husband for a day . At first glance , everything is good , clean and cozy . The staff is polite and friendly. But, there was a minus in the fact that there is no elementary toothbrush in the room. I'm not talking about the bathrobe and slippers at all . Everything that crumbled in the room upon arrival remained at the entrance, and the maid never vacuumed. He'll make up the bed, throw cheap soap, and that's it. The trash in the room is not cleaned, apparently it is considered personal items. The bucket in the tub was emptied and well. The bed is not too sagging, the pillow is not completely knocked down, the linen is clean, the towels smell like a hospital. There is no Internet, only at the reception. They refused to help, "the sysadmin will be on Monday," pathetic attempts to reconnect with a new password did not lead to anything, it is clear that there is stupidly not enough capacity and they are just saving for you, but no one is interested. Breakfasts - you have to queue, the food is average, you can't find a lemon in your tea and napkins.The only advantage is a good hot water pressure. A 2** hotel. When visiting the country again, I will avoid this hotel. I have visited Minsk many times, the hotels were much better.

We lived on the 4th floor, the view of Minsk is amazing on the floors above. A hotel complex in the city center, many places to visit within walking distance. A public transport stop is within walking distance.you can drink coffee without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a choice for every taste (porridge, casserole, you can make sandwiches, omelette, scrambled eggs, cutlets, sausages, fruits, vegetables, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, cookies and cupcakes for drinks, etc.). There is a waiting area on the ground floor. In fact, we only took a shower and spent the night at the hotel, and spent the rest of the time exploring Minsk. I really liked the city.
