But the hotel itself is purely for the night, a business trip. The walls of the shopping center are cardboard, I heard drunken conversations of neighbors all night, the movement of water in the pipes. I thought that I might be biased, but in the morning I heard the tenants talking in the lobby, one burned out, jumped on the alarm clock, and then realized that it was not his, but the neighbor in the next room 🤣

The room is clean. The bed is great! The mattress is excellent, new, hard as it should be! The linen is fresh, crisp, snow-white! There are a lot of towels, all clean, fluffy, very pleasant!
But! There is a smell in the room. The smell is strong in the hallway. It seems that the guests manage to smoke despite all the prohibitions.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.
There is a parking lot. It is paid, but costs 6 Belarusian rubles per day - in fact, pennies.
Very convenient location. Next to the shopping center is a gallery where you can eat and shop. You can also buy a local SIM card in this shopping center.

There is no information anywhere on the website that the hotel is being renovated. The sound of the drill is very audible in the room, they start working from 8 am. On the ground floor, everything is smoky from the casino, there is a persistent smell of tobacco. On the other hand, it is a convenient location: all the sights, shops and shopping centers are close. Most of the excursions leave this hotel. As well as a normal price-quality ratio. I had to beg for a birthday compliment from the hotel, as well as an umbrella during the rain. Something needs to be done about customer orientation. The breakfasts are good, not to say that they are varied, but you will not stay hungry.

We visited this hotel in August, we really liked the location, the center is just around the corner, near the metro, the WWII museum, the shopping center with a large grocery store and a good selection of clothing stores and our favorite cafe cornflowers.there were no problems when checking in, everything was fast and polite, there was a cafe on the ground floor with delicious coffee and cakes .But, the big minus is a dirty room with old furniture .there was dust everywhere, first of all we went and bought rags, wiped everything, only after that we put things out .They didn 't clean under the beds at all , they found burger paper and a hair band there, and huge layers of dust !!!!There is dirt on the windowsills, the smell of cigarettes in the room , the carpet seems to be vacuumed only in the middle, and then not very efficiently, there is a layer of dust behind the beds.for 6 nights, the bed linen has never been changed .the price does not match the quality at all.there is mold in the bathroom and other unpleasant moments that also had to be washed (((!!!pros: there is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, shower caps, shampoos, shower gel and bathrobes, but we did not use them.please take more time to clean, I want to come to the hotel and enjoy my vacation, and not run to the store for rags and cleaning products.

Of the cons: - complete lack of insulation in the rooms, literally everything can be heard, especially the flushing of water from the upper floors, as if there is a waterfall behind the door. Uncomfortable pillows of huge sizes, as if made of cement, it is uncomfortable to sleep, after a headache.
The smell in the room is musty, dusty, unpleasant. The dust on the phone, which stands on the bedside table, does not seem to be cleaned at all.
The impression is such, it did not meet expectations.

The room as a whole is not bad - the repair is old, it corresponds to the price, BUT it stank terribly of sewage in the bathtub, it's good that the bathroom door closes tightly.
Well, the main disadvantage for which three stars were set is that I forgot a thing in the hotel bar, came to my senses when we were already leaving, I did not find it in the left place. I went to the reception, they sent me to the security. The guard came in for 10 minutes, saying that it was confidential, you couldn't look at the cameras, well, maybe I hadn't forgotten them at all. But reluctantly, he decided to descend and directed him to the guard who is sitting on the cameras. He confirmed that he saw the lost thing on a hanger in the bar, but he can't find where it "went" - the camera is looking, but he doesn't see that corner.
I got the impression that they were just too lazy to do it. That's how the hotel is, you left things unattended - you can forget.

The only advantage in this hotel is the location, a kilometer from the center.
The rest is just cons: 1. The room was very tired - the furniture was peeling, the shower was stained with black spots, we did not dare to wash in it. 2. No bathrobes, dental kits, slippers. 3. Maybe I am used to comfortable living conditions, but I understand that this is 3 stars, nevertheless I think that the room should be CLEAN. It should be understandable intuitively, it should be read in detail. It's impossibly DIRTY here. This is a disgusting smell, and a dusty, stained floor covering, and a shower cabin, where it is scary to enter for fear of encountering an abundance of microflora, and mold in the seams between the tiles... Well, you can't take money for such a place. The only time I had a worse shower was when I was in the army! Why can't the windows be washed? It's elementary. However, I think that washing and cleaning cannot solve the problem, here it is necessary to close for capital repairs, and to offer such a residence option is bestiality! Against the background of the general dirt and characteristic (or similar) traces on the wall, the idea came about the presence of bedbugs. I didn't see them, but I slept with the light on. I slept for about 3 hours without undressing (it was disgusting), then my wife started coughing, she was allergic to a dust mite, and we ran away from there at 4 a.m. Breakfast started at 7 a.m., but I decided not to take any chances... The price of a night in the "stable" including breakfast and Parking is 211 BEL.rub. In principle, I wanted to see Minsk, so I put my route like this.
