The location is convenient, which is a plus. It's a bit noisy due to the large number of visitors. The coffee was good, but not outstanding. I ordered a latte, and it was made correctly, with a good foam, but the taste was not particularly memorable. The dessert range seemed pretty standard for a coffee shop of this type. The service was courteous, but a little slow, perhaps due to the large flow of customers. Overall, HOTFIX is a good place to have a quick coffee, but I wouldn't go there specifically for a special coffee experience. Prices are average in the city.

An unpleasant impression of the service. I was here on Sunday, May 31. I ordered a latte with alternative milk. To the barista's question, "Which one?" I answered "big" in a hurry, followed by a sharp question "what kind of milk?" and there was silence. No help or hints. When I clarified the options, the girl just went to check the boxes in the bedside table — that is, she did not know what was available. On top of that, the same barista was rude to a woman in line before my order. The desire to return has disappeared because of this attitude.
