Objectively, the coffee is not bad, it may be a little bitter, but this is not very critical. We took an Ice Latte with syrup, but we didn't feel the syrup in either a small or medium portion of the word at all. We approached the barista and asked if we had added syrup, to which they replied that we just needed to mix. In the end, nothing changed, the syrup just wasn't there. The taste was saved only by cinnamon and sugar, thanks for that. We won't take any more coffee there.
