The driver of the Grodno-Brest car (07/19/2024 - 13.30) is terribly rude. It is better to engage in recruitment, and teach them banal politeness. I don't know how you can work with such an attitude in principle, apparently they feel impunity and believe that you can take it out on your passengers. I hope the institution will pay attention to its employees.

We can say that the bus station got lost in shops and stalls,had a snack and bought souvenirs,was very surprised that you can not feed pigeons, violate the sanitary conditions of the bus station,they said they would give a fine,funny,a better repairman,a fresher building would look,the toilet is interestingly invented,but the payment is also a shock on the sly,there is something to compare,Brest,,, Minsk,,,Gomel.

The most difficult and IMPORTANT thing is the toilet ! It is there, of course, BUT - the first passage is so narrow that even one person cannot pass normally, the second is the slope of the stairs is terrible, to get up and break something at once, the third is the cubicles and the toilet of the Ala USSR, the fourth, the women's and men's department in "one" place - horror - in general, the toilet this is trash !!! Waiting room - there will always be a neighborhood with drunks, homeless people, etc., etc. In the only decent cafeteria - the prices are space!!! While I 'm at the train station , I 'm at dyareuni ... Not a train station of a city , and certainly not a European city !

Even zero stars!!! Yesterday I called the station minus 10, they don't answer the phone!!! I just called and they say that they don't make reservations for buses!! It's a disgrace!!! Aren't you ashamed of yourself? Maybe you will already upgrade your employees so that they at least book buses?!!! It's just tin!!!

Everything is very conveniently thought out. Good cashiers will advise you. Clear. The cafe is cool, there are a lot of goodies. The hall is up to ten, they drive out homeless people so that they don't sleep.

The infrastructure is terrible, the toilet is in Kamchatka, it was possible to do it inside, there is no payment using cards in it.The store is prehistoric and there is zero choice in it.The ATM is the same slow and there is no money in it all the time.It's not clear where the suburban is, where the intercity flights are, okay, in summer still on the bench, and in winter where to wait?Everything is smelly and old, and this is after repair.On the plus side, there will always be friends who will talk to you on any topic for 50 g and make a lot of compliments😆

The building is good, the balconies have been updated and become more comfortable. A convenient digital scoreboard, in short, everything is like people's. The staff is a separate topic - got a scoop. Dissatisfied cashiers talk reluctantly, the certificate is terrible-I stood for about three minutes, I didn't even pay attention, I was so engrossed in talking on my mobile. The staff sucks completely - they only transfer money for salaries in vain.
