The station has ticket offices and a waiting room. And that's it. If there is a luggage storage, then I did not find it. There is no scoreboard with the time and place of departure / arrival. At the train station... How is it? The audibility at the ticket offices is such that the cashier can not be heard at the first attempt. The toilet is located on the street near the station territory underground. 1 rub.
Food and drink - a large number of stalls around the station building. Plus, there are shops and chain catering further away, within line of sight. It's not very convenient, but it's solvable.

The waiting room is probably in another room. For some reason, I did not find a storage room either.Perhaps it is also available. I was waiting for my flight on the street at the platform indicated on the scoreboard. The impression was twofold . For a city like Grodno, it would be desirable to have something more solid.

We were in July. Heat.The Grodno-Minsk route.An 18-seater minibus, a Mercedes, but instead of an air conditioner, the hatches are open. The bus station is completely packed, Somewhere outside the city we stood for 15 minutes waiting for a passenger who was late.
The cashier of the bus station is tactful, without rudeness. The seats are numbered on the tickets, but when boarding, who sat where, that's the place. There is no numbering in the minibus.
It is not possible to buy online from the bus station itself-either you come in advance and buy (bought 4 hours before departure) or book by phone (did not dare).
It can be purchased online from sites that are serviced by private entrepreneurs.
The ticket price at the station is 22p, on the websites 23-38p.(Belarusian)
You can also buy from the driver right before boarding: in our case there were only 2 empty seats
It is convenient and profitable to pay with a MIR card:the rate is recalculated by the bank automatically (1p-24₽). In the exchangers, if you buy 1 bel. ruble 45, the difference is big..

One of the most unpleasant things is that in Shchuchin at the bus station they went to the toilet, the minibus closed the doors and ..
