The car was under warranty for 5 years, serviced only at this point, suspension and replacement of spare parts are also here every year. I have a tire change at another service station. Last service in September 2025. I'm the only owner, I didn't give the car away, no one broke into it. The work of this service was checked using boxes in the trunk and receipts for payment, I am a woman and I cannot check the work of the master due to ignorance. When the warranty ran out, something rattled and I decided to take her to the pit with my father. When they raised it, they saw the beauty. One protection over the silencer is missing. I'm a kind person, although I don't understand how you can even visually forget to attach it, I called this service and asked if they accidentally had protection once and why they didn't call everyone they served that day. They laughed at me and said it's been so long, maybe you've lost it yourself, everything could have rotted there. I tried to explain that everything was fine under the car, either they forgot to attach it, or it was realized that someone needed it more. Everything is funny, but when the car went up the pit in only one service, the question of who is to blame does not arise. I recommend that you always check the car before putting it into service and before signing the work done. I'm disappointed! You can't trust this service!
