Definitely worth a visit and be sure to take a guide. You can just walk through and see, the exhibits are really worth it. But you can only understand what exactly you see, how it relates to the area, and how the Old Believers ended up in the Branch (and where the name comes from) from a specialist. The collection of icons, books, towels, and household items immerse you in the atmosphere of the 18th and 19th centuries.

An amazing museum, be sure to learn a little about the history of the region where the museum is located. The incredible volume of exhibits and the incredible tour were from the very owner of the museum. It is wonderfully intertwined with the Chernobyl tragedy.
