Nice place with tasty desserts It’s a definitely dream place for everyone who has a sweet tooth:) Various cakes and desserts made from quality ingredients really worth your attention. Btw there are breakfasts and main dishes in the menu. This time we haven’t tried them but they looked good on other tables. Drinks menu includes wines and good cocktails. Cozy and bright interior, comfortable chairs and sofas. Very friendly and helpful staff, they really increase your happiness from cakes with the help of smiles.

The food was very good, but unfortunately the service experience was mixed. At arrival, the attitude of the manager and the receptionist felt rude. We were not guided to a table, while other customers who arrived before us were welcomed and seated. My request was ignored twice, which was disappointing. Later, another server assisted us and was polite, professional, and attentive, which improved the experience. Regarding the food and drinks: • The classic favorite pancakes were good (7/10). • The porridge with banana and strawberry was excellent (8/10). • The lemon, ginger, mint, and honey tea was decent (7/10). • The Americano was disappointing (5/10). Overall service was acceptable thanks to the later server, who paid attention to details. I believe staff do not have to personally like every customer, and customers may not like every staff member — but respect is non-negotiable. Every guest should be treated with a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. The restaurant now offers an English menu, which is appreciated. However, there still seem to be inconsistencies in how customers of different nationalities are treated. I hope this was not intentional, but similar experiences are mentioned in other Google Maps reviews.
