Standard rooms, they are cramped. Comfortable bed. Everything is clean, but there is not enough light in the room, it is dark. I wish there were some drinks in the bar. Breakfast 3.5 out of 5. The choice is not big

4 stars only because of the price-quality ratio. Everything is fine, except that the room is very small, 12 sq.m. it is expensive to spend the night for 6.5 thousand rubles.
The breakfast is buffet style, very chic, a large selection, everything is very tasty. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, you can order dinner, they cook delicious and satisfying. Near the center, the 1st President Park is a 10-minute walk away

Let's start with the fact that this is the best vacation option in Aktobe. Why? A detached building, without adjoining offices and business centers. Guests can count on peace and relaxation. And the price tag is such that any blackmailer will definitely not come here. Compact clean rooms that have everything. A well-thought-out security system in the room (safe for personal belongings, electronic lock). Free and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Prompt and tidy laundry. Excellent cuisine. The staff is young, not intimidated by managers. The guys are smiling and always ready to help the guests. The hotel proudly carries the status of "three stars", but they try to provide service to the top five. It's impressive. I had a good rest. I will continue to stay here. Thank you.

We stayed for a few days during the New Year holidays. Friendly staff, clean rooms, daily cleaning on the floors. The only hotel in the city where you can stay with a pet. Dog friendly. The breakfasts look delicious. Unfortunately, it was not possible to try. There will be a reason to come back.
The only drawback is a disposable paper cup as a stand for toothbrushes and accessories and the lack of a shelf in the shower. But this is a minor disadvantage.

Comfortable, friendly, satisfying. But - the railway at night under the window itself is not a plus, even with the window closed, the noise was very disturbing).The room was for two, and personal hygiene items were for one person (although they were provided on request), glasses are not provided in the room by definition. The parking lot in front of the hotel is spacious and free, but for such a hot region (it was at the very end of May, the daytime temperature was up to +28) an underground parking lot would be preferable. After a day in the sun, the car did not cool down even at 4 a.m. for further travel. In general, I recommend the hotel.

Not a bad hotel. However, there are a couple of nuances.
Firstly, the hotel seems to be three-star and the restaurant does not provide room service. Plus, the waiters' communication skills can be tightened up so that they can tell you about the menu and the kitchen a little more confidently. The restaurant's kitchen itself is still weak, the chef lacks skills, apparently, the dishes stated in the menu do not always correspond to the proper quality, and the cooking time is quite long, but unfortunately the food does not become tastier from this. The rooms are compact and quite comfortable. The bathroom is not bad, the toilet is equipped with a shower hose instead of a bidet, but the water from it is icy, I told the administration about it a year ago, but nothing has changed. Plus, there is clearly a cool breeze from the window and pulls on the floor, the region is not southern, so the problem will be solved either by additional thermal insulation of doors and windows (I am silent about burnt floors) or good-quality, warm, disposable slippers, a trifle, but it would be very nice. I give it three stars because there is room to grow.

There are no questions about comfort and conditions. A very big question for the booking staff and at the reception. We were looking for a place to stay near Kievsky train station and chose this hotel because of the "late check-out service", which eventually turned out to be a complete divorce. Firstly, I was not told that if you check in after 15, you need to immediately pay in full for a day, then that we will need a late check-out service was indicated by me repeatedly both by phone and in person, to which they answered no problem. On the morning of the second day, I was refused and wanted to be evicted from the hotel because of the heavy workload, besides the fact that we were with a small child, tell me when there is no heavy workload in Moscow??? I had to pay for the second day, and it also came out more than the first. Complete disappointment, a sense of deception. I think the staff intentionally does not tell all the conditions in full. Or it's negligence.

The service is good. The staff is excellent. The room is very small for two adult men. The food for breakfast is weak. About the order, I liked only salads except Greek. Borscht is not tasty, after the salted olivier. According to the Turkish soup, ezogelin has nothing to do with Turkish at all. Clear. To be honest, on my next visit, I will try another hotel.

Well, let's start with the fact that Aktobe generally has a service bottom. At least there's something here.
The main problem of the city is personnel. No one wants to do anything well and is not going to learn anything. A typical village.
Ibis is probably the best hotel in this godforsaken place. But the breakfasts are disgusting: everything is fried, boiled, with a huge amount of vile oil and salt. Mountains of lame cakes. We were at the end of September 2022. Prices were raised due to mobilization, but they did not take additional employees to cope with the influx of customers.
The hotel is right by the road. The window cannot be opened. Noisy, dirty.
On the other side is the railway. It's even worse there.
There's a park across the street. A kind of park of the Soviet period.
At the same time, I repeat, this is the best hotel in Aktobe. It's just the way the city is.

One of the best hotels in Aktobe. The price/quality ratio is the best. Good design. Good location. Keruen Shopping Center (formerly Mega) is within walking distance. The staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast is sufficient. In general, from this network, Aktobe is the most pleasant hotel. One of the disadvantages is the lack of an opportunity to turn up the TV and the proximity to the railway.
