The staff is friendly. I arrived in Aktobe in the evening, on the way by taxi I could not buy anything for dinner, I was quietly provided with food in the hotel restaurant for 20 minutes, although it was already 23:30 (the restaurant is open until 02:00). My room cost 22400 tenge (breakfast included) . I don't know if it's a lot or a little at local prices, but everything is decent, the interior is interesting. There is a safe in the room, an electric kettle was brought upon request. The only thing that gives a small minus is the lack of cups or glasses in the room. But it's all solvable. In addition to towels (2 pcs), the shower set includes soap, a toothbrush with paste, even ear sticks. The lighting is well thought out, when you leave the room, it goes out, but as soon as you go in and insert the electronic key, everything that was turned on (except the TV) works. By the way, when the TV is turned off, it is programmed to have a quiet sound when turned on. In general, I liked everything.

Disgusting attitude towards the guests. Three days before arrival, the reservation was confirmed through Booking. We arrived at night, tired. I just wanted to rest. But there was a "surprise" waiting for us. There are no rooms. They don't see our reservation. Although we provided correspondence with the administrator and a confirmed reservation. The girl at the reception shrugged indifferently. This attitude towards the guests is amazing. I have never experienced such an attitude and humiliation in any hotel in Kazakhstan. I highly do not recommend this hotel. And if it was possible to put a score of minus five, I would put minus ten.

There is a price screen at the reception. Breakfast is included in the room rate (you can ask for a package to bring half-eaten food to the room).
There is a laundry room, they clean up every day (change towels, vacuum, make the bed, put 2 bottles of water). Lots of sockets and a refrigerator.
The lovely waiters work until 00:00 in the restaurant, and after that you can order food only in the room.
It's just a pity that the menu is not big.
But! There is a shopping center with shops, banks and restaurants across the street.

There were difficulties with settling in, there was a malfunction in the card system for the room.
While we were waiting, we were offered tea.
The room cards stopped working 20 minutes before the check-out.
