We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 together with our daughter. It looks like a pleasant hotel, with a large and interesting lobby. Then it starts... they asked for a room with a view of the pool, they didn't give it to them, but they saw it as a child, so that it would be more convenient to look after her when she was swimming in the pool. No, that's it. The room was given a window-to-window view of the neighboring hotel. There are no curtains on the windows, there are blinds, which are not convenient to constantly open/ close when you need to go out on the balcony, otherwise everything in the room is visible in the evening. The room is small and battered. The lights are all covered in a layer of dust. The furniture is all padded, although there is practically none. There were no shelves, no lockers, and nowhere to put my things. There are clothes hangers in the closet and there is a tray with a kettle and mugs right under them. How's that??? There are ants in the toilet. But that's not the worst part. The most trash is breakfast in the restaurant. The reviews, where they say that the breakfasts are excellent, that you will not stay hungry, are very surprising. There's NOTHING to eat there at all. Except coffee, croissants and watermelons. If you're lucky, you'll get a papaya or a dragon fruit. Usually they will take out a small plate of papaya or a dragon fruit, they will run out quickly and they will take out a whole tray of some kind of fruit, I do not know what it is called exactly, it tastes like potatoes, green in color and here lies this tray and no one eats it. But it's easier for them, they don't need to prune or carry anything else. There is rice, noodles like padtai, only lumpy, everything is stuck together, chicken meat is terribly peppery and salty, it is impossible to eat, potatoes in a uniform cut into several pieces are tin. Boiled and fried eggs and dried corn. White slurry soup with rice. Chopped lettuce, carrots and tomatoes with cucumbers. More breakfast cereals. That's all the food. It doesn't even look like a 2-star hotel. It's not the first time I've been to Thai, but I've never seen such breakfasts. Okay, I ate corn and salad with vegetables, but my daughter didn't eat anything at all. The price of this hotel does not match its quality. The only thing is a clean bed and good mattresses, pillows will do too. And beach towels... it was a shame to go to the beach with them, with yellow spots. The pool is also nice, clean, but cold. The territory seems to be beautiful, and greenery, palm trees, but do not look down at the grass, no one cleans up the garbage. We arrived, someone's bathing trunks were lying on the grass under the sun beds, and they were just lying there. Anyway, I don't set foot in this hotel anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone. Two stars, and that's a stretch, for the bed.

The rooms are very tired, dark, in some places there is mold, there is an unpleasant smell. There are only 8 sun beds on the pool, so get ready to get up at 6 a.m. to occupy at least one of them. Nice hotel. We have been on vacation since January 28, 2024 for 2 weeks. Breakfast is a classic - but I think there is no point in cooking anymore. The pool is large, compared to the Resort hotel on Chalong, it is huge. Cleaning is 3 out of 5, but towels are changed, the bed is already well made. Accessibility to markets and shops for 5+, there is a shuttle service to the beach, there is bike and car rental right at the hotel, very convenient. The bikes are all fresh and good. There is an exchanger at the entrance, massage (we went several times) there is also a laundry room, it is very saving. On the ground floor there is a recreation area with billiards and table tennis.

And a couple of days later they started to launch for breakfast without additional charges.. The breakfasts are ordinary, without frills. Firstly, cleaning here is not until 12 o'clock in the afternoon, as is customary in all hotels, personally, my room could not be cleaned at all, or come at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, when cleaning is no longer in place at all. Since you come from the beach after an hour and want to relax. Secondly, a very monotonous breakfast. I went to the southern Kata. There are a lot of people. From civilization, only sun beds and umbrellas of 200 Baht each. I really liked the hotel. The number was 466. All even-numbered rooms overlook the pool. The building is marked with the letter "G". Odd numbers look either at the street, the evening sun, or at the construction site. There is a kettle and a tea and coffee set in the room. A large towel, a small one and a foot towel. Green for the pool. Safe, refrigerator, air conditioning. Two glass bottles of water. They cannot be taken out. New ones are put in place of the empty ones. Hand soap, shampoo and gel. Flip-flops like flip-flops. Attention! There are umbrellas at the reception. You can take to the beach from the sun. I only found out on the last day. The breakfasts are not very good. Rice this way, rice that way. Pasta. Rice soup with chicken every day (I never took it). Ham, sausages. Greens, sauces, yogurt. Milk, muesli. Tea, coffee, fruits. Watermelons every day. Bread for toast, bread casserole, juices. I changed the water and towels myself at the maid's. My review is mostly about room cleaning. The floor was washed only once. They washed the middle only, of course, and so that it dried in this local humidity for another 2 days. I didn't like the hotel very much. Although the name should have spoken for itself . The Ibis network in Phuket disappointed. Rooms for 2 adults and a child are sooo small! They put an extra bed and there is simply nowhere to turn around! The wardrobe is small with 6 hangers for 3 people… The toilet room was also amazing in size, the shower cabin is too small even for 1 person. Everything is very inconvenient. The location of the hotel is very good, near the night market, shop 7/11, exchangers, there is no direct passage to the sea, you need to go through the ozo hotel, about 10 minutes, there is a shuttle service to the beach and back, but we did not use it, we did not like the fact that there is no separate fenced area for water transport, jet skis, just waving a yellow flag from the shore, especially stupid tourists can drive into the area where people swim, so it's pretty not safe in this regard. In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff is friendly and friendly, a deposit of $ 100 upon check-in, which are then issued after checking the room back. The safe failed, they came right away, fixed it for free. We went to a massage parlor nearby, we also liked it, 300 Baht for 40 minutes the whole body.
