Extremely negative experience with IBT24. I tried to make a transfer between my own accounts (from a foreign bank to my account in France). The transaction was instantly rejected with the VISA error “Issuer declined authorization”, which means a refusal on the issuing bank's side (IBT24). At the same time, support: — does not give a specific reason for the refusal — responds with boilerplate phrases — shifts responsibility to the receiving bank, even though the transfer has not even reached it. The receiving bank officially confirmed that it could not reject the transfer, as it was stopped before receipt. As a result: — translation is not possible — there is no explanation — there is no support in fact If you have restrictions on international transfers or card-to-card transactions, inform them directly, and do not force customers to waste time and nerves. At the moment, it looks like a complete lack of transparency and incompetent support. I don't recommend it.

No transfers are being received. No one plans to look for them. The app was blocked for no reason. I'm trying to get at least something from support, they just don't respond for 2-3 hours. Then they partially respond to something and disappear. And all over again.
