When activating the card through an ATM, I deposited AMD 80,000 — the money was debited, the check was not issued, and it was not credited to the account. The employees admitted that they had given the wrong instructions, promised to solve it in 1 working day — the deadline was violated. The bank holds my money without explanation, the status of the operation is unclear, the timing is not called. Additionally, the commission was charged, which is unacceptable in this situation. The service is at an extremely low level, the problem is not solved. I don't recommend it.
