Great guys. I bought a scanner and a laptop from them with installed programs for working with VAG with delivery to the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. Everything worked fine, not recently there were problems with the scanner (probably my fault). I sent the scanner to them for diagnosis and they repaired it very quickly under warranty. I definitely recommend it!

I bought a scanner from the guys in 2021 by Vasya Diagnostik for personal use. There were no problems at work, the seller gave several activated programs to choose from. The scanner reads the car without problems, the interpretation of errors is clear, before that I used an autocom, they could not remove errors in the engine block. After-sales support is available even now, if necessary, the guys will consult and share the software.

Good afternoon! I live in Primorsky Krai, Russia. I purchased a diagnostic complex (computer and scanner) from the company with installed software for working with the Range Rover.
Everything works great. After half a year of operation, a problem arose, half of the service functions did not work during diagnostics. I contacted the guys by e-mail. I applied for the installation of SDD software. He warned me on the phone that there was a program for Mercedes Xentry on the laptop, to which they said that everything would work without problems and offered a remote installation, and I agreed. I immediately paid the money for 74 rubles. I was told that they would install it today, but they did not have time the next day from 9:30 in the morning, the employee was constantly missing, I called the office 3 times, to which they told me that I was not alone and they would take care of me. At 16:00 I was told that they would not be able to install and the laptop stopped working altogether, just a black screen!!! The next day I brought a laptop to the office and was told that it was my laptop that was bad. As a result, they said that they needed another 350 rubles to install the Mercedes program, which worked fine for me. The next day, I picked up the laptop and took it to another place. As a result, the laptop was broken, NOTHING works and they said THANK YOU. Time spent, money and a lot of hemorrhoids! I do not recommend this company!
