Despite this, I had great difficulty getting my fee back, an attempt was made to make a deduction. “Why are you victimizing me?” when I said, “Go complain wherever you want,” I was met with an extremely disrespectful attitude. By force, we were able to get only some of it back. A cocky and overbearing approach, far from customer satisfaction. I wish no one to experience the same situation.
