Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the order at the Pizza Empire. The delivery arrived very late, the pizza was already cold, and the taste did not meet expectations at all. The dough turned out to be dry, there was very little filling, and the ingredients didn't look quite fresh. For such a price, much better quality and service were expected. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service.

We have known this institution for more than 10 years, we went to Bishkek and in 2024 to Karakol, we went in the new year 2026 and were disappointed. The pizza has completely gone bad, if earlier the Empire was famous for the most delicious pizza that has a filling, now it's a complete disappointment. Drinks are solid ice.
