I got a full hard hat from Ingosstrakh for a new car with a three-year warranty. At the first insured event, I encountered an unpleasant situation: I contacted the insurance company, the windshield was chipped, the case was fixed, the insurance company insisted on repairs, although I immediately wrote a disagreement and demanded a replacement. I took a referral to an official dealer, but the dealer basically does not repair the glass, but only changes it. The insurance company refused to agree on a replacement and instead offered contacts of some sole proprietors for repairs. At the same time, they calculated only 85 rubles, without providing any calculation. As a result, the insurance company actually ignored the terms of the warranty and the position of the authorized dealer, and the decision turned out to be opaque and inconvenient for the client.
