The bank offered to insure a debit card against scams, for some reason I agreed, I thought it would never touch me! And that's it, the money was withdrawn so professionally that there was no doubt that I was communicating with my superiors and helping the authorities to solve a financial crime. Before I knew it, there was zero money on the card. Then there was the police, the investigative committee, the investigation in two months, the hope of finding cyber criminals was fading every day. And then I remembered about the insurance contract of the money on my card, it turned out to be an insurance case. I turned to the girls in the Vitebsk branch of Kupala - they turned out to be very attentive and very responsive, they helped me arrange everything in the very near future, many thanks to them! I waited for the established deadlines for conducting investigative search activities and began to call the main office of Kupala in Minsk and was also very surprised by the restraint and professionalism of the company's employees. Specialist Marina (I do not know the last name) very competently, and most importantly - respectfully gave all the consultations, supported my spirit, as if we had known each other for a hundred years, it is very, very nice that they work in offices nowadays without stuffy crackers, but very sincere people. Thank you to your company for really insuring not only our property, but also our soul. The money was returned! Maybe my review is stilted, but it's true. I ask the company's management to give employees at least a small bonus for the new year. Thank you for your work, Kupala company - FIRE.

I would like to leave a positive review about the organization of medical support for VMI. The dial-up time is less than 20 seconds, and letters of guarantee are sent very quickly. We switched to this insurance company not so long ago, we previously visited Centaur, I am very disappointed, the call center is not working well, the specialists in the call center are annoyed. On the eve of the doctor's appointment, I asked the call center if I could get a letter of guarantee quickly, and they said yes, everything would be fast. On the day of the appointment, I sent the doctor's conclusions for tests to Viber and called the call center, as I was told, a very annoyed girl answered, said wait 9 hours when the rest of the specialists would be there, she has 36 applications and she is not up to me. It turns out that one specialist works in the morning? Are you serious? How can I plan something with you? Shame. We will consider the company's refusal of service in this insurance. The centaur was a cut taller, and everything was done very quickly.
