We contacted this organization to evaluate commercial real estate. The assessment was conducted by Ekaterina Viktorovna Kolodnik, a person who absolutely does not own the real estate market. The assessment was not made competently, without understanding market realities. They are nice and friendly before signing the contract and paying, then they do as they want. It's a disgusting organization, I don't recommend it to anyone.
