In December 2024, our company acquired from this company a Chinese electric hoist GCD 3260 with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons. The equipment did not last long and proved to be extremely unreliable: 1. After a month of operation, the lifting limit switch failed, which caused damage to the hook suspension and the drum casing. 2. Upon subsequent analysis, a gross manufacturing defect was revealed: the bearing was fitted in the hook suspension using spot welding, which is unacceptable. 3. Later, the pulley collapsed, which required the replacement of the entire suspension. 4. The problems culminated in the failure of the electric motor when trying to lift a load weighing 2,700 kg, which does not even reach the stated load capacity of 3.2 tons. The issue took an unacceptably long time to resolve. The claim was filed in September, we delivered the equipment for repair in early October, and returned it to us only at the end of November. Conclusion: The company supplied substandard equipment, and the maintenance took an unacceptably long time. We do not recommend cooperation.
