I'll tell you about my negative experience in this company today. I don't recommend it to anyone, and I won't come here again. I called on the phone about the Hydraulic Crane "Goose" art. TL 20238. Communication went well with manager Egor, I just have 0 complaints about him. I threw off the address, explained that they do not accept cash (in principle, the issue is solvable). I arrived at the warehouse at the specified address, and the manager prepared and billed me beforehand. I asked the girl at the table how to pay, pointed to the instruction sheet, and at the same time I dialed the person who was supposed to pay for the product with his card (because I couldn't do it myself due to the lack of Internet banking), to which I heard the girl's refusal to sell me this product. According to her, I had to pay the bill ISSUED IN MY NAME from my card (what does it matter to her at all, with which or whose card will I pay for it?). And she said that the person in whose name the card would only be able to pick up this product, as a result of which she simply had to turn around and leave this company. I did not receive a normal explanation of the causes and consequences, and I could not purchase the product. The first and last appeal to this company. If you want to have difficulties with payment or receiving goods, be sure to contact this company.
