This mansion, where Ismet Inönü spent his childhood between 1891 and 1897 and completed his primary education; is now known by the name of Inönü Mansion. Dec. The mansion, located in the Bakhtiyar Bostan neighborhood, which is a central district of Sivas, was built by Göddünluoğulları in the 1830s. There is a wedding hall in the second mansion of the Göddünluoğullarınlar (Bakhtiyar Bostan Neighborhood today.) Shipka Defundafii Hulusi Pasha (Ferik Pasha among the people) is sitting Dec. Mustafa Ismet, who was returning to Ferik Pasha's house one evening, stopped in the middle of the road and greeted him in a military manner. Impressed by the shining big black eyes and the greeting, Ferik Pasha goes to the Reşit Gentlemen for an evening sitting. Mustafa calls Ismet to them and says, ”Enroll him in a military school, this boy will become a very good soldier." Time passes quickly, and Mustafa Ismet, who completed his primary education at the Sivas Neighborhood School due to his father's appointment, enrolled in the Sivas Military Junior High School in 1892. he completed it in 1895 and continued to Sivas Mülkiye Idadisi. Ismet Inönü describes his memories of Sivas, which he left in 1897 after staying for 6 years, under the title “My Childhood” exactly as follows. “I was born in Izmir in 1884. My father, a courthouse clerk, was appointed as an examining magistrate from there to Sivas. By all accounts, I will be seven years old when I go to Sivas. I remember Sivas as a childhood period. The house we were sitting in resembled a square with wide sofas and alaturka cedars. Half a century later, when I saw our house in Sivas, it caught my eye in the new-style arrangements, luxurious clothes that I was not used to. My father, Hacı Reşit Bey, was a meticulous, sincere Muslim in every sense of morality. His manners were harsh. Even when I was the Corps Commander, I was more or less official with my father. I tried to raise my own children by treating them like friends. Both manners of education have given positive results in our family. My father played chess well. I've known chess pieces since I was maybe ten years old. My father used to feed horses at home because he went to the investigation on time and on time as an examining magistrate. I have been familiar with horses since a very young age and I have a habit. Apart from the horse as a sport, we do not know the games of today in our young collected time. I played football when I was at the rank of major. I went to a primary school in the Court Bazaar in Sivas for about six months, then I entered the military junior high school. The middle age was four years. I studied for five years, staying in class for one year. My time in this collection is not very bright. I was very upset about the situation, like staying in class. This is the first failure of my life. By the fifth year, I had become a very noticeable student. I remember Captain Ömer Efendi, the accounting teacher who left me in the classroom for a year, with mercy and gratitude. After that, I continued to Sivas Idadisi. They took me to the fifth grade. I studied for about a year, I became known as a pretty good student. These classes were above my age. I tried to protect my children from the fatigue of being in an age-neutral classroom. I know good teachers from Rüştiye and idadi life. I owe my first developments to our accounting teacher in military education, to riyaziya and literature teachers in mulkiye idadi. I will say a few things to the property for their claims. These were opened for seven years. Calculated in the years 1897. The classes are ten to fifteen people. Most of the teachers are not recruited from government offices. The demand is very old in terms of age. I used to feel almost mutual respect between teachers and Decrees. From this student, those who continue in government service have risen to great positions with a driving license. Of course, today's high schools are more advanced in terms of program.” Sivas Inönü Mansion was established by the Municipality in 1945 as Inönü House. In the same year, 563 works collected by the Municipality in our city; weapons, copper works, household appliances, small crafts, coins, Turkish house seating groups, Turkish clothing, hand-embroidered dresses, black and white photos of Inönü and ethnographic works were exhibited together. Most of the ethnographic works were transferred to Sivas Mansion in 1951. Some of these works are still exhibited in Atatürk Congress and Ethnography Museum and some of them are exhibited in Inönü Mansion. The mansion has a large garden that is used as a children's playground.

Besides its historical value, it is a quiet environment where you can sit and chat with your family. The customers who come are usually families.
