Special thanks to Tatiana Lakhmakova for the highest professionalism, responsiveness, patience, attention and real care throughout our interaction. On the very first day, when booking a ticket, it turned out that the program had failed and it was impossible to book a tour. Tatiana monitored the work of the program on her day off, booked seats for us and we went on vacation exactly on the dates we wanted. This is the highest level of customer orientation! She told us in detail about all the features of the country where we are flying, about the climate, about the hotel, about excursions. We have been vacationing in Turkey with the Intercity company for several years in a row. I would like to thank the company as a whole, and separately the manager Tatiana for the excellent organization of our holiday. With the guys, everything is always clear, understandable, on time and stress-free. Tatiana is in touch even on her days off and always asks if everything is okay, if there are any questions. This year we flew to the White City Resort hotel. The hotel was chosen for the most part based on reviews on tophotels.ru . We have never regretted staying at this particular hotel. Everything was fine: the food, the sea, and the service. There are no complaints. The hotel has a small but very compact territory. We had enough. The entrance to the sea is sandy, suitable for small children as well. Near the market, Waikiki, a small migros. I highly recommend both the hotel and the company. Next time we will definitely fly with Intercity.
