I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Intercity travel agency, and especially to the manager Kristina Koval, for organizing our unforgettable vacation in Egypt! We were incredibly pleased with the tour for two to Sharm El Sheikh, to the Sunrise Remal Resort Hotel, which took place from July 3 to 13.
From the very organization of the tour to the stay at the hotel, everything was at the highest level. The selection of the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our stay at Sunrise Remal Resort was truly wonderful: excellent service, varied and delicious food, magnificent sea with a beautiful coral reef, comfortable rooms – all this made our stay unforgettable.
I would especially like to note that during the entire holiday there was not a single unpleasant incident, which indicates the high professionalism of the organizers. Many thanks to Kristina for this beautifully organized tour!
It is worth adding that we have been using INTERCITY services and, in particular, tours selected by Kristina for many years. During all this time, we have never regretted our choice and have always been delighted with our travels. We can confidently recommend INTERCITY to anyone who appreciates a quality vacation and a professional approach to organizing tours!

We went on a tour to Azerbaijan in October 2023.
Of the cons -
1. the program does not correspond to the one stated on the website (it is banal that "acquaintance with Baku Boulevard" was absent on the first day of excursions, but it is good that we did it ourselves on the first free day. This is just one example)
2. with regard to the program from the site, we studied it in advance and knew what to expect on a particular day (of course, they will object to me about "possible changes", but let me remind you - boulevard ...). And every day ask the "guide" what we will have tomorrow (showing the program) - it counts A vacation?receiving in response "this is an old program, it was in the summer" - that is, InterCity does not have reliable information and provides it to tourists?
2. a local "guide" (rather just an escort) is a simple example, in the Temple of Fire Worshippers "Ateshgah", going into one of the rooms "such was the flora and fauna in the 6th century" (read from the exhibition), Googling the "guide" on the way to the attraction information about it and everything in the future the same... and after that, there was a tension in communication, which was felt when the driver and the "guide" communicated in their own language... The cherry in all communication is the lack of information on transfer and departure, which again we had to achieve ourselves. I repeat - is this considered a vacation?
Pros:
1. Hotels - everything, as stated, pleasant location, delicious breakfasts, staff assistance
2. Many thanks to Tatiana Kashtalyan, who was always in touch with us and tried to solve all the points of the program, her support was very felt.
The result is 2 stars.
The conclusion is that there is no desire for such a vacation anymore, will I contact this travel agency again? unlikely.

Благодаря ей, наш отпуск был незабываем. Все было прекрасно.

Отдыхали мы в Caribbean world resort soma bay , прекрасное место , с замечательным персоналом. Пляж и море просто сказка.
Всем рекомендую.
