We came across an experienced manager, Julia, who, after listening to our wishes, quickly selected the most suitable option from a large number. We had a rest in Hurghada at the Marlin Inn Azur Resort 4* in 2023. The tour was for 12 nights. I really liked the hotel, the sea is nearby, the pool is on site. It's perfect with kids. The food is delicious and varied. Everything is great! I think we were lucky with this travel company, as there were no problems, everything was immediately discussed about flights, transfers and other things. We were always in touch in case something went wrong. People's responsibility was felt. We plan to contact the agency again, because there are adequate specialists and prices (we have visited many agencies). Recommend👍

We got a tour operator, Inna, who sold the ticket and did nothing else to help us. She ignored messages, did not answer questions, and upon arrival we called her to find out who would pick us up and how, since the flight was supposed to arrive in Brest, but we were sent to Minsk. She just turned off her phone and that was it. We did not expect such a terrible attitude from the tour operator.
