I would especially like to note the high professionalism of the nurse — she took the blood completely painlessly. The staff is polite. The only caveat is that the prices for services here are slightly higher than in the same Helix. However, this is offset by the convenience of location, speed and, importantly, the quality of the material intake.

I came to take tests with a 2-year-old child and I wanted to take the test myself too. First, the child was registered, and I reminded the receptionist that I would like to take tests too. With a not very happy face, she said that the child was being registered first (well, okay, that's fine). As a result of the registration, the request for my tests was ignored and I had to stand in a double queue with the child (by the way, there were a lot of people today). Why it was impossible to register both mother and child at once, so as not to stand in a double queue. It doesn't seem like the situation is too bad, but the sediment still remains.

Good, clean, neat. Minuses. Long queues. I sat for more than half an hour for analysis, didn't wait, went to work. It's inconvenient that the tests are all in the information kiosk, although my doctor may be without a client while the registry is processing everyone.
