I visited it once, unfortunately, everything is greased by a huge queue. I arrived at the opening, there were already 7 people standing. Everything happens quite slowly. As a result, I passed what I wanted 5 minutes before completing the appropriate tests. It felt like I was in a state polyclinic, under constant stress that you wouldn't be able to get anywhere because of the queue and the next day you'd have to come back in the morning.… Plus, it's a small room, and in the cold season, with a long queue, you'll just have to stand outside and wait for your time.

The girl at the reception immediately said that this was not her area of expertise and sent her to ask the doctor (in the same place) what kind of tests were needed. To which the doctor, with a dissatisfied and sleepy face, very reluctantly said that she did not understand what I wanted from her. Although I repeat, the complex of these analyses is clearly spelled out on the website. I didn't have time to listen. I went to another lab (not an Invitro, of course). Everything was done quickly without any questions.

In addition, they took specific tests, but the girl suggested supplementing with biochemistry and vitamin D analysis, without saying how much the payment amount would increase. A second later, without even giving me time to recover, a form for all the analyses with the amount of 180 rubles was already printed out. (the initial price was around 50). I don't mind handing over additional indicators to my child, but dear staff, you must notify patients of the cost of each position before submitting the documents for signature! There are no questions about the quality of the procedure itself. The medical staff does everything clearly and quickly, and the child is also presented with a gift.

A trump card.I've heard a lot about invitro, that they have erroneous analyses. So I, or rather my 3.2-year-old daughter, could not get a reliable analysis. We tested for all kinds of worms, pneumonia, allergies, and bilirubin. The child passed everything well, and therefore 5 test tubes were collected. The worms all showed negative results (they passed all kinds of tests that are available in the invitro). We should have been happy, but on the same day we passed the stool at the children's clinic and it turned out that the child had roundworms and a bad kaprogram. Allergy was not detected by tests, although the child has been suffering from allergy for 3 months. And whether to believe other indicators that revealed IgM pneumonia, direct bilirubin is slightly overestimated (the doctor said she thinks she is mistaken about bilirubin). I called the hotline and was told they would respond in three days. I would really like the mistakes to be recognized. About 300 liters were thrown away and the child donated so much blood for nothing. At what stage were mistakes made or are they writing the results on their own? Double-check It is a pity that the laboratory I had hoped for and wanted to become a family laboratory will not monitor our health at home. All our clients need accurate analyses (this is the most important thing), not just good reception service.
