On November 30, I came to take an analysis for vitamin D (25-OH) - the website indicates that they now have an action and the analysis costs 30 rubles, called 7807 to clarify the final cost, called 37 rubles, because the analysis itself is 30 rubles + 7 rubles for taking biomaterial, as a result, taking into account the action the analysis already costs 37 rubles. At the checkout, they charged me 43 rubles and 43 kopecks, explaining that these 6 rubles and 43 kopecks were for centrifugation of the material and the analysis itself. To the question "what is included in the price of 30 rubles?", I did not receive an answer. I do not recommend this laboratory, because the analysis for the promotion started at 30 rubles, and 43 rubles and 43 kopecks came out at the checkout.

Awful. I called the help desk beforehand, specifying a specific analysis. Initially, they called the wrong time, after my previous unsuccessful visit, they asked again, they corrected themselves. When I arrived to take the test on Saturday, they took it from me, the procedure was not the most pleasant, I paid the money, before leaving they told me that they would not be able to do it, the money was returned. They justified it with a piece of paper that came on Saturday at 2 p.m.
