The most terrible laboratory. The 21st century, and people are standing in a queue, freezing on the street. If this was a free clinic, there would be no questions. But for such money... we were here for the first and last time! They stood in line only because they had already arrived, spent their time and money. The whole queue was simply outraged by such a quality of service! Will they want to come back again? A very big question!

I just did not expect such a reception, the laboratory does the tests for a fee, is it really impossible to somehow improve the quality of reception of visitors or rent a more suitable room so that people coming to the reception would be indoors, and not 1.5 hours in the cold

For the first time, I would like to mention the unfriendly staff. At the entrance, you hear a shout that there can be no more than three people near the reception. I agree, but there is a health risk to expect outside in cold weather! The solution of medical issues should be at least comfortable, especially on a paid basis.
