I brought it, they reassured me, said everything would be fine, and they did it during the day. To say that I am satisfied with the result is an understatement. Simultaneously with the repair of the case, I asked for cleaning, the laptop was returned as new — nothing warms up, it works like a bee, it opens no worse than a poppy. It's not the first time I've applied, and I'm always on top of it. Special thanks to the receptionist for her good mood and positive attitude) Will I still apply? I haven't found a better service yet.

I brought the girl's laptop in not in the best condition, the hinges of the frame were broken... We did it for 3 weeks, at first there was a problem with the fact that the part did not arrive, sometimes I understand. But when I took the laptop away , I saw defects on the "new " part ... Someone chewed on the frame... I wrote to my personal account, I will wait for them to respond(. "Changed." After 5 days, the laptop was redone. Well, they redid it, patched the train and tightened the loops. Of the total repair cost, "205 rubles", including the discount for subscribing to Instagram, received compensation of 65 rubles. +- satisfied . Although of the cons, there was a maker that could not be replaced,like it was not for sale, it was in terrible condition and it remained, I found out after the repair that it could not be repaired ,xs. I'll leave 2 stars

I brought my system unit on 07/8.24. The master got a good one, found a malfunction, fixed it, well done! But the pricing policy of the institution did not suit me at all. For cleaning the RAM contacts, replacing the thermal paste of the processor, they took 50p (although I did not ask for a replacement of thermal paste). Just for unscrewing 4 bolts, removing the tower, applying thermal paste, installing the tower in place, and clamping the same 4 bolts 50 rubles. Maybe there's thermal paste made of gold, I do not know. The price does not correspond to this work! As we wrote below, 3 skins are skinned for their "work". And after the services were rendered, I was not given either a receipt or any kind of guarantee about the work done!

I chose this service because of the positive feedback. I called and took the phone. The problem is, the phone is not charging, they said they know the problem and need to change the board from below where the charging socket is. They promised to do it on the same day, but there was no call, I called back the next day, they said that the phone was ready and you could pick it up. The master stuck the charger in front of me and it went, I paid. Arriving at the place of residence (I am not a local) I tried it again, charged up. In the evening, I set the phone to fully charge (I had to leave in the morning) and lo and behold, it does not charge again. Going to the service was not an option, I have a 3-day drive home. I decided to take it to a local service upon arrival. The most interesting thing: the cause of the breakdown was not installed correctly and the Chinese board was installed, the verdict is to change the board to the original and fix the connector where the cable is inserted. The connector is soldered and everything is fine with charging. Now we are waiting for the fee, with this Chinese fee, my network is missing, I need to climb the tower itself, where the transmitters are, then it catches. The service said that such boards have not been installed for many years, because half of the parts are missing and this is complete bullshit. Now my phone is charging, but there is no connection. I put 2 only because I couldn't come under warranty, but I don't think anything has changed in the situation, well, would they have found a loop, and this Chinese fee???? The answer would be, you have water in your phone and what do you want.....Choose services not based on hyped reviews, but professionals in their field.

It turned out that an unsuitable laptop was ordered and I had to wait another 4 days. I decided to call because of the long wait, I was contacted by another master, who reported that there were no problems with the cooler and it was the chokes. When I picked up my laptop, they lost my charger, searched for a solution for 20 minutes and agreed to deliver a new one to my address. When asked to provide a guarantee, they promised a 3-month warranty, but there was a dash in the "warranty" column on the issued sheet. I called, asked why, and they said they would send a new one along with the charger. The charging was lost by the master, who received my laptop and changed the cooler twice, and then went on vacation. The new master discovered the real noise problem and tried to find a solution to the charger issue. It's not the first time I've brought a laptop here, there were no problems before, it's a pity that it happened that way.
