Under construction. Was given a room near construction but lots of dust, noise. Room was not cleaned, towels not changed. Some staff members were helpful in dragging my heavy suitcases up and down the stairs because elevator wasn't working. Very average place. Left as soon as I could even though planned to stay longer... Never again.

Terrible service. They are rude at the reception and pretend that they do not understand Russian. They checked in an hour later, although I arrived on time.
