The request to refund the money, because in fact the work was not completed, was refused, arguing that they should be taken to them again and they would try again to correct the mistake. But in fact, the problem was solved by another specialist, at a lower price and, most importantly, without weekly expectations. P.S. they didn't give any checks... the bottom line is that if you need to do something in the car other than flash the key, then this is clearly not for them.
