I have neither the time nor the desire to waste, as I left 60 thousand tenge in the clinic for 2 appointments. (Tests, admission). As a result, the clinic staff apparently DO NOT KNOW THE RULES OF BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE AND ETIQUETTE with clients. They don 't say hello , they write obvious unnecessary advice… Be kind, since you take such a lot of money, at least be in touch with customers!!!!! Please contact the management, change the operators who answer on Whatsapp! Teach them business correspondence!
