I tried to contact her through the clinic, to which they tell me to make an appointment again, and the appointment costs 10 thousand tenge. Just because of the question of making an appointment? I have neither the time nor the desire to waste, as I left 60 thousand tenge in the clinic for 2 appointments. (Tests, admission). As a result, the clinic staff apparently DO NOT KNOW THE RULES OF BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE AND ETIQUETTE with clients. They don 't say hello , they write obvious unnecessary advice… Be kind, since you take such a lot of money, at least be in touch with customers!!!!! Please contact the management, change the operators who answer on Whatsapp! Teach them business correspondence!
