We would like to express our gratitude to Sergey, we had a rest at Ivan da Maria last week. Very hospitable, attentive, sincere and positive-minded host. We rented a two-storey detached house, everything was clean and tidy, we were pleased with the availability of detergents, towels, and plenty of dishes, the owner himself carefully offered to roast us kebabs so that we would not be distracted from the celebration, as a result, we imperceptibly moved to his gazebo and spent time with him in the fresh air for fascinating and pleasant conversations. The territory is large, the children really liked the huge swing and slide. Later, the company strolled along the embankment. We enjoyed everything very much, we will definitely come back.
Separately, I want to add about the negative reviews below, we can only guess how those very guests behaved, we came to celebrate the child's birthday with a large crowd of children, respectively, the children rushed from the house to the street and back, noisily. I went over to apologize to the owner for the noise, to which Sergey replied quite good-naturedly: it's okay, these are children, normal children should be noisy, don't worry. Also, they wrote below that they were not allowed to smoke with a hookah, so these are the rules of the house, for which special thanks, a categorical ban on smoking indoors, or do the guests consider it possible, if they paid the rent, to spoil the rest of the next guests after their departure? It's a dubious pleasure to live in a smoky room afterwards.

Great place, wonderful hospitable host! Beautiful room, clean, cozy, motorcycles were placed in the courtyard. There is a river nearby, very beautiful nature. A delicious dinner was prepared for us on a separate order. The price-quality ratio is consistent! I recommend this place to everyone!

I do not recommend it! Despite the good location of the hotel, the host's unfriendly attitude towards the guests. There are no towels, the beds probably haven't been made from previous guests, the kitchen is on the second floor, and the refrigerator is outside. There is a spider web on the ceiling, and there is one pack of toilet paper for two toilets. There is constant talk about money on the part of the owner. Complaints that they didn't pay enough. Although the calculation was complete. We're not going there anymore!!!
