There were two appeals to this company. For the first time, they reported that part of the order was ready, but upon arrival it turned out that the whole order was ready. This fact influenced the choice of the loading machine. The second time I was informed about the readiness, I ordered a car, but as a result, the order turned out to be the wrong one. Unfortunately, no solutions were proposed to resolve this situation, and I incurred the cost of the car. I hope the company will change its approach to customers.
