Irresponsibility. We booked a certain car, called to clarify several times whether it would be free, threw off my passport and license, everything was approved. On the agreed rental day, it turned out that the booked car had been on long-term lease from other customers all this time. And the lease was extended, and I was offered to choose from other options, although initially I was only interested in a certain car.
