We rented a Kia Rio for 22 years for a day, managed to visit Mir Castle and go to Grodno. We were absolutely delighted - the staff were very polite, reacted quickly to the appeal, answered all questions, and sent the document for review in advance. As soon as we arrived, we signed everything in 5 minutes, paid for it and received the car. The car is clean, with a full tank of gasoline, they gave us some water as a gift. In general, everything is super clear, transparent, I advise you 10 times and I advise you again!!

I took a Geely Tugella to drive to Nesvizh Castle and test the car at the same time. The car itself was given out clean, the equipment is perfect. Thanks for the speed of registration — without queues and unnecessary paperwork. I returned the car with a small excess of the daily mileage, they didn't take the surcharge, they made a discount. I've been renting cars from West Group quite often for exactly one year now. Very responsive staff who often meet you halfway. The time to receive and deliver a car is a maximum of 15 minutes — quite fast. Of course, there have been force majeure situations where the booked car is not ready for the booking date, but alternatives are always offered. The quality of most cars is excellent, I got a clean car every time. I will continue to use the services of West Group!
