We visited this restaurant on March 15th to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. The food was served cold and tasted awful, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for an hour before reaching our table. Two dishes from our order were completely forgotten, and we waited 40 minutes just for a simple drink. When I told the waiter that the food was cold, he insisted he had brought it “five minutes ago” and that it had already cooled down — an excuse that was both unprofessional and absurd. After speaking with the manager, the waiter added that he was “having a bad day.” It’s strange and unacceptable that the staff’s personal mood affects guests, and the kitchen quality is nowhere near what the menu promises. This was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in Moscow.

Jpan restaurant ... Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and very authentic. I especially loved the tea with a sweet honey-like taste – such a unique touch. Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve tried
