The staff is very polite. There are disadvantages: in my personal experience, ultrasound of the kidneys is not accurate, does not see the formation in the kidneys, but in other ultrasounds they saw. For poor-quality diagnostics, money is not refunded, it is not worth trying. Perhaps there is a problem in the qualification of an ultrasound specialist.

I'll start with the fact that Zemfira Borisovna, a pediatric neurologist, worked there (or still works, I don't know). The record for her then was a couple of months in advance. She is not very friendly, prescribes unnecessary examinations (we went to her on the recommendation, we praised her very much, but we did not notice any special difference from other pediatricians). They did an MRI scan for Dad there, not bad specialists. There are fewer queues after lunch. The equipment is not the newest, in principle, as in most private clinics in Tashkent. Recently, my mother had a lung ultrasound, a very good ultrasound woman, both as a specialist and as a person. Mom was lying there in intensive care in January of this year (2023), she had a lung lesion of 30% (not covid, just pneumonia) and fluid accumulated on both sides of 300 mg., as well as all the test indicators were increased many times. Wonderful specialists, very competent and professional in their field. Doctors Sardor and Shokhrukh (do not know the Patronymic), cured her in 9 days, we were already desperate, but no, they helped us and thank them very much for that! The price of services is certainly not small. 1 day of intensive care cost 1.5 million (including all medicines, food and everything you needed), but the treatment is worth it! It is very difficult to find good specialists now! But there are some BUT… Downstairs, at the entrance to the hospital, there is always a mess, shoe covers are not always available, it is not clear where used shoe covers are, where new ones are, they do not monitor the cleanliness of chairs and benches in the lobby (you have to sit down to put on shoe covers and there are dirty chairs and benches, due to the fact that visitors put their dirty bags in these chairs, and the staff does not keep clean after them). The woman sitting in the checkpoint is still the same (this one is the one who is aged and in the body), you come to the patient in intensive care every day not knowing if everything is going well, and she is even more upset at the entrance with her boorish attitude. In general, the authorities have something to work on. The main thing is that there are good specialists in intensive care! Thanks to the doctors in the intensive care unit (3rd floor).

The ultrasound is terrible, the mother had her uterus removed 10 years ago and they wrote that everything is normal with the uterus, it's just ridiculous and scary how such work. They simply copy the finished template and enter it to the patients. The comfort in the wards leaves much to be desired, the bed is hard, they asked to put something soft and they refused that it was impossible. And the price per day of treatment is more than 500 thousand. The food is not bad, but patients' illnesses are not taken into account, the mother has diabetes, she can only have dietary low-carbohydrate foods, and there the food is served according to the standard, pilaf, potatoes, white bread, etc. are served equally to everyone.

The MRI machine is terribly loud, they give cotton wool to plug your ears, but it almost doesn't save you. The nurses are polite and courteous. The doctor (neuropathologist), to whom I paid 100,000 soums for an appointment, the only thing that advised me to undergo a course of treatment at their clinic.
