The most disgusting company. The parcel has been in Almaty for 10 days, but they cannot deliver it to the address. The call center is completely useless! They don't know anything, they can't do anything to help. They don't give you the address of the warehouse to pick up yourself! Avoid this misunderstanding that calls itself a postal company!

Caution! JANA POST — loss of goods and no liability! I ordered the product from Pinduoduo, delivery via JANA POST. The result is that the truck burned down, the goods were gone. It happens, I understand. But here's what's next: There is no refund, although the product was not insured, but according to the law there must be at least a refund or partial compensation. The call center is not responding, and it is impossible to get through, either during business hours or outside of it. Operator Alisher is just a boor, he allows himself to communicate with clients as if we owe him. He is as inadequate and rude as possible. The company completely ignores customers, does not provide any documents, explanations, or deadlines. They just disappeared along with the money. Conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting JANA POST. You will lose money, nerves and goods. It is better to overpay a reliable carrier than then look for the extremes among the silent and rude.

The delivery time is normal, as with other companies. The main thing is that the company is not responsible for the quality of the services provided. Namely, for the parcels in what form they come to the client. In my case, I ordered a plastic storage box, it came completely broken. The manager of the company explains this by the poor-quality packaging of the goods by the seller. The photo shows that a dump truck was driven through the parcel, and any packaging did not help her.
